Payment of the fee to exhibit signifies that you, as the exhibitor, accept and agree to these terms. The term "exhibitors" refers to individuals or businesses intending to or already booked to exhibit, attend, sponsor, or participate in a psychic wellness expo. Your participation indicates your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
By booking with Love and Light Events, you acknowledge that these terms and conditions form part of your agreement. Payment of the fee to exhibit confirms that you, the exhibitor, agree to these terms. The term "exhibitors" refers to individuals or businesses intending to exhibit, attend, sponsor, or participate in a psychic lifestyle markets .
1. **Attendance and Display**: The exhibitor agrees to attend the "Love and Light Events" and display relevant merchandise at the designated site during the operating times specified by the organizer.
Failure to meet this requirement may result in refusal of future applications from the exhibitor.
2. **Dismantling of Stands**: Stands must remain intact until the conclusion of the event. Dismantling before the event ends may lead to exclusion from future events.
3. **Liability Disclaimer**: Except as stated herein, the organizers make no representations or warranties regarding the exhibition. The organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the exhibition or its cancellation. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify the organizers against all claims and damages related to these issues.
4. **Damage Responsibility**: The exhibitor is liable for any damages to the venue's walls, floors, or equipment, as well as any of the organizers' materials or equipment.
5. **Cancellation of Stand**: Love and Light Events reserves the right to cancel an exhibitor's stand prior to the event if necessary. In such cases, a full refund may be issued to the exhibitor.
6. **No Liability for Damages**: The organizers are not responsible for any damages to exhibits caused by loss, damage, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any other causes.
7. **Payment Obligations**: The exhibitor must pay the specified sum to the organizers by the date set forth. Full payment is required prior to the event; failure to do so may result in the re-assignment or cancellation of the booking without further notice.
8. **Cancellation Policy**: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer, the venue (hall), or due to COVID-19 related restriction
9. **Space Re-allocation**: The organizers reserve the right to re-allocate the space or location of an exhibitor's stand in unforeseen circumstances. The exhibitor agrees to accept any such reallocation without objection and waives any claims for compensation or damages related to the size or space reassigned by the organizers. Additionally, the exhibitor shall not assign or sublet any part of their stand space without obtaining prior consent from the organizers.
10. **Marketing and Attendance**: Exhibitors should be aware that a comprehensive and assertive marketing campaign will be implemented for each event to ensure its success. However, Love and Light Events will not be held responsible for any lack of attendance or loss of profit experienced by any exhibitor. Each exhibitor acknowledges that attendance numbers cannot be guaranteed, and they participate at their own risk.
