Love & Light Events – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all stallholders, exhibitors, practitioners, and vendors participating in any event organised by Love & Light Events. By submitting a booking application and/or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Event Organiser” refers to Love & Light Events.

• “Stallholder” refers to any individual or business approved to participate in an event.

• “Event” refers to any market, fair, or experience organised by Love & Light Events.

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 All bookings must be submitted via the official Love & Light Events booking links.

2.2 A booking is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2.3 Stall allocations are confirmed on a first paid, first confirmed basis.

2.4 The Event Organiser reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Stall Allocation & Setup

3.1 Stall sizes are allocated according to the option selected at the time of booking.

3.2 Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own equipment, including tables, chairs, signage, and displays, unless otherwise specified.

3.3 All displays must remain within the allocated space and comply with venue safety requirements.

4. Early Bird Bookings

4.1 Early Bird pricing is available for a limited number of stalls and for a specified time period per event.

4.2 Early Bird availability and closing dates are published on the Event Organiser’s website booking links.

4.3 Once Early Bird allocations are exhausted or the Early Bird period has closed, standard pricing will automatically apply.

4.4 No extensions, substitutions, or retrospective discounts will be granted once Early Bird bookings have closed.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

5.1 All bookings are non-refundable.

5.2 The Event Organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event in exceptional circumstances.

5.3 Credits are not guaranteed and are non-transferable.

5.4 No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend or late cancellations.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organiser

6.1 The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend event details, layouts, schedules, or venues where reasonably necessary.

6.2 In the event of cancellation by the Event Organiser, stallholders will be offered either:

• a transfer to a future event, or

• a credit toward a future event.

6.3 No further compensation will be payable.

7. Conduct & Compliance

7.1 Stallholders must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and applicable laws.

7.2 The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove any stallholder who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

7.3 Removal under this clause does not entitle the stallholder to any refund or credit.

8. Liability & Insurance

8.1 Stallholders participate in events at their own risk.

8.2 The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property.

8.3 Stallholders are strongly advised to hold appropriate public liability insurance.

9. Event Information

9.1 Confirmed stallholders will receive an information email prior to the event containing setup, bump-in, and operational details.

9.2 It is the stallholder’s responsibility to read and comply with all information provided.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1 Submission of a booking and payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10.2 These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on the Love & Light Events website.
